The key board which has a full 88 keys is in fact a false draw front.
When pulled, the draw slides out and contains a 13" x 6" CD player.
When positioned the CD speakers fit under the music score which is inlaid Ebony into Horse Chestnut.
The dots on the notes are drilled through enabling the 1/8" thick board to act as a sound attenuator as the sound passes through.
See the next picture for more details.
